     Shenandoah Community Health Foundation (SCHF), a 501c3, was established in 2005 to further the mission of Shenandoah Community Health.

Your tax deductible financial donation will assist SCHF to:

  • Improve community health by supporting health and wellness initiatives
  • Promote ongoing education in the health care field by funding learning opportunities
  • Enhance healthcare services by funding equipment and capital improvements
  • Increase access to care by financially assisting people with limited ability to pay
