Welcome to Shenandoah Community Health

  • We are a community health center and a Patient Centered Medical Home, right here, in the Eastern Panhandle
  • Since 1976, our dedicated providers and support staff have worked on your behalf so that you receive the highest quality, comprehensive health care possible.
  • We offer a wide range of coordinated services: primary medical care, women's health services, behavioral health care, dental and oral care, and programs such as WIC, medication assistance, and case management.
  • We accept most private insurance plans as well as Medicaid, Medicare, and WV CHIPS. We also have a sliding fee program for those who qualify.
